Telemetry (3 West) RN - Clinical 12 HR FT Days 7am-7:30pm

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care through the nursing process in the telemetry unit. Direct and coordinate all nursing care based on established clinical nursing care standards and practice guidelines. Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery and desired outcomes. Serve as the Resource nurse when oriented and as directed. Utilize knowledge of patient age, developmental status, spiritual, and cultural diversity in care provision. Contribute to quality nursing care through performance improvement techniques demonstrating positive patient outcomes. Requires current California RN license, BCLS, ACLS, NIHS Stroke, and one year of acute experience. Chemo experience preferred.
