Job Summary
Part-time telehealth psychiatry for young adults in a residential treatment setting. Responsibilities include psychiatric evaluations and medication management for patients with substance use disorders and co-occurring conditions, via telehealth to a residential population. Prescriptive authority is required. Schedule consists of day shifts totaling 12 hours per week with a caseload of about 5 patients per day and an average length of stay of 6-7 months. Experience in managing anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, and transition into independent living is relevant.
