Telemedicine Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Conduct longitudinal primary care for an established patient panel via a fully virtual model, utilizing an AI platform integrated with Epic to prepare approximately 85–90% of each visit before logging in. Deliver exceptional patient care with built-in scribe technology to minimize documentation time, ensuring continuity rather than one-time virtual interactions. Maintain 36 clinical hours per week with flexible weekday scheduling and no on-call rotation. Requires board certification in family or general practice, minimum two years of outpatient primary care experience, an active Massachusetts license, and Epic proficiency.
