Job Summary
Join Wheel Medical Group as a Telemedicine Physician providing virtual care across various healthcare programs including primary care, urgent care, and pediatrics. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality, evidence-based care through asynchronous and synchronous consultations, conducting thorough clinical assessments, and prescribing responsibly. Applicants must be board-certified physicians with 40+ active state licenses and have at least 2 years of clinical experience. Required Qualifications
- Board certified physician (Family, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine)
- 40+ active state licenses
- 2+ years of clinical experience in emergency, urgent care, or family medicine/primary care experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding clinical expertise
Desired Qualifications
- Experience treating pediatric patients preferred
- Comfortable with clinical weight management
Additional Requirements
- Must have 40+ active state licenses
- Must work 36 clinic hours per week from 8 am to 8 pm CST, Monday-Sunday (1 weekend shift per week)
- Must be available for 4 hours per week of NP supervision work
- Clinicians with licenses in TX, IN, CA, TN, MS, GA, FL, AR, VA, NC, MO, SC, AL, LA, IL, PA, OH, CT, NY, OK, WI, WV, MN, KY, CO will be prioritized
