Job Summary
Conduct virtual patient assessments, review medical histories, and provide treatment including medication guidance for addiction and general care. Order and interpret lab tests to inform high-quality decisions while maintaining comprehensive medical documentation. Collaborate with nurse practitioners and support staff to ensure seamless patient outcomes, utilizing telemedicine platforms and EMRs. Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care across 44 states, focusing on addiction treatment, weight management, and general telehealth services. Maintain active licenses in at least three U.S. states (preferably five) and commit 15-20 hours weekly.
Required Qualifications
- Active medical license in at least three U.S. states, but preferably five, plus willingness to obtain additional state licenses (assistance provided and costs covered)
- Critical to be licensed in at least five states and/or three or more of the following states: CA, FL, NC, PA, TX
- Experience treating patients in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings
- Ability to schedule and work at least 15 core hours weekly (8AM-6PM locally), over four days each week, scheduling at least one week in advance
- At least one DEA certification and applicable CSL (if required)
- Passion for expanding access to care and making a meaningful impact

- Background in primary care, internal medicine, addiction medicine, emergency medicine, or urgent care
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to medical excellence
- Comfort using telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided)
- Active medical license in at least five states (preferred over minimum three)
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses beyond the initial three
