Job Summary
Telemedicine Physician role offering flexible, mostly-virtual practice with optional in-person hybrid opportunities. Provide high-quality virtual care across addiction treatment, weight management, and general telehealth services. Core duties include patient assessments and medical history reviews, prescribing medications within guidelines (buprenorphine for opioid addiction allowed; does not include controlled substances otherwise), interpreting lab results, and ensuring comprehensive patient care in collaboration with a support team. Maintain medical documentation for continuity of care and stay current with telehealth best practices. Requires active medical license in multiple states (at least three, preferably five), willingness to obtain additional state licenses, and at least one DEA certification. Flexible scheduling allows 15 core hours weekly (8 AM–6 PM local time) over four days, with potential for fully virtual work and occasional in-person hybrid opportunities. Compensation highlights include per-consult and high hourly earnings with potential annual income exceeding $400K for top performers; includes malpractice insurance and streamlined onboarding. Required Qualifications
- Active medical license in multiple states (at least three, preferably five), willingness to obtain additional state licenses (assistance provided and costs covered)
- Licensed in at least five states and/or three or more of CA, FL, NC, PA, TX
- Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings
- Ability to schedule at least 15 core hours weekly (8AM-6PM local time) over four days
- Strong communication skills and commitment to medical excellence
- Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided)
- DEA certification and applicable CSL (if required)
- Must be a physician licensed to practice medicine
