Job Summary
Provide dedicated, patient-focused telemedicine care across multiple states with flexibility to work from anywhere; license in multiple states, multi-state telehealth experience, and ability to schedule 15+ hours weekly. Roles include virtual clinical assessments, order and interpret labs, prescribe medications within guidelines (buprenorphine for opioid treatment allowed), maintain documentation, and collaborate with a support team. In-person hybrid opportunities may be available. Compensation includes per-consult and hourly earnings with potential to exceed six figures annually; requires active multi-state licensure and DEA certification, malpractice insurance coverage, and onboarding/training for telemedicine platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Active medical license in at least three U.S. states, with willingness to obtain additional state licenses
- Experience treating patients in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings
- DEA certification and CSL (if required)
- Ability to schedule and work at least 15 core hours weekly (8AM-6PM local) over four days each week
- Strong communication skills and commitment to medical excellence
