Job Summary

Telemedicine Physician role focused on delivering high-quality virtual care for addiction treatment, weight management, and general telehealth services across multiple states. Physicians provide patient assessments, interpret labs, prescribe medications within policy (no C2 prescriptions except buprenorphine for opioid addiction treatment), maintain medical documentation, and collaborate with a team to ensure comprehensive care. Flexible scheduling with the ability to work from anywhere; 8AM-6PM local hours on at least four days per week (minimum 15 core hours). Active multi-state medical licensure required (ideally five states), willingness to obtain additional licenses, and DEA certification; malpractice insurance provided. In-person hybrid opportunities may be available; on-site presence is not routinely required. Competitive compensation with potential to exceed $400K annually for high-volume providers; 1099 contractor arrangement with onboarding training and telehealth platform use emphasized.

Required Qualifications

  • Active medical license in at least three U.S. states (preferably five) and willingness to obtain additional state licenses
  • Experience treating patients in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings
  • DEA certification and CSL (if required)
  • Ability to schedule and work at least 15 core hours weekly (8AM-6PM locally) over four days each week
  • Comfort using telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided)
  • Malpractice insurance fully covered
  • Licensure flexibility across multiple states; remote-friendly
  • In-person hybrid opportunities may be available

  • Ability to work from anywhere (remote-friendly)
  • In-person hybrid opportunities may be available
  • Involvement in addiction treatment or weight management focus is a plus
