Job Summary
Telemedicine Physician role offering flexible, mostly virtual care with potential in-person hybrid opportunities. Provide virtual medical assessments, treatment planning, and documentation for addiction care, weight management, and general telehealth services. Work across multiple states with multi-state licensure, maintain high-quality telemedicine practice, interpret labs, prescribe medications within scope (buprenorphine for addiction treatment allowed), collaborate with a support team, ensure medical record integrity, stay current with telehealth best practices, and participate in onboarding with licensure assistance. Compensation highlights include per-consult and hourly earnings, with substantial annual potential and minimal administrative burden. Requires active multi-state licensure, DEA certification, virtual-care experience, and ability to commit 15 core hours weekly; in-person hybrid options may be available. Required Qualifications
- Active medical license in at least three U.S. states (preferably five) and willingness to obtain additional state licenses (assistance provided and costs covered).
- Licensed in at least five states and/or three or more of: CA, FL, NC, PA, TX.
- Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings.
- Ability to schedule and work at least 15 core hours weekly (8AM-6PM local time), over four days per week, with scheduling at least one week in advance.
- Strong communication skills and commitment to medical excellence.
- Comfort using telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided).
- At least one DEA certificate and applicable CSL (if required).
- Physicians licensed to practice telemedicine with broad reach and flexibility.
