Job Summary
Provide exceptional virtual care through patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate treatment, while ordering lab tests, prescribing medications (excluding controlled substances except for buprenorphine), and maintaining detailed documentation. Build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships and collaborate with nurse practitioners and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient outcomes. Stay current with medical advancements and telehealth best practices. This role requires an active medical license in at least three U.S. states (preferably five, including CA, FL, NC, PA, TX) and DEA certification. Candidates must commit to 15 core hours weekly (8AM-6PM) across four days, scheduling at least one week in advance. Required Qualifications
- Active medical license in at least three U.S. states
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses
- Critical to be licensed in at least five states
- Licensed in at least three or more of the following states: CA, FL, NC, PA, TX
- Experience treating patients in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings
- Ability to schedule and work at least 15 core hours weekly
- Work 8AM-6PM locally
- Work over four days each week
- Schedule at least one week in advance
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to medical excellence
- Comfort using telemedicine platforms
- Comfort using EMRs
- At least one DEA certification
- Applicable CSL (if required)
