Job Summary
Telemedicine Physician role focused on delivering high-quality virtual care across multiple states with flexibility to work from anywhere. Responsibilities include patient assessments, medical history reviews, interpreting labs, prescribing medications (buprenorphine for opioid treatment with restrictions), maintaining medical documentation, and collaborating with a support staff. Requires multi-state medical licensure (3–5 states preferred), DEA certification, telehealth experience, EMR proficiency, and commitment to expanding access to care. Compensation is highlighted by performance-based earnings, with the potential for substantial annual income, and onboarding includes licensure assistance, malpractice insurance coverage, and a streamlined onboarding process. In-person hybrid opportunities may be available; schedule is at least 15 core hours per week, 4 days per week, with some flexibility to work remotely.
Required Qualifications
- Active medical license in at least three U.S. states, with willingness to obtain additional state licenses (assistance provided and costs covered).
- Critical to be licensed in at least five states and/or three or more of the following states: CA, FL, NC, PA, TX.
- Experience treating patients in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings.
- Ability to schedule and work at least 15 core hours weekly (8AM-6PM locally), over four days each week, scheduling at least one week in advance.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to medical excellence.
- Comfort using telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided).
- DEA certification and applicable CSL (if required).
