Job Summary
Telemedicine Physician role delivering virtual care across multiple states with flexible scheduling and physician support. Physicians can work from anywhere with streamlined EMR, dedicated support, and industry-leading compensation (per consult, with high hourly earnings observed in top performers). The role supports licenses in multiple states (DEAs, CSLs where required), with some in-person hybrid opportunities and annual earnings potential exceeding six figures in many cases. Responsibilities include patient assessments, medical history reviews, prescribing (buprenorphine for opioid addiction allowed; non-control substances as appropriate), interpretation of labs, documentation, collaboration with a care team, and staying current with telehealth best practices. Requires active multi-state licensure, telemedicine experience, and ability to work at least 15 core hours weekly across four days; training provided for platforms and compliance; malpractice insurance fully covered; onboarding may include buprenorphine training.
Required Qualifications
- Active medical license in at least three U.S. states, preferably five; willingness to obtain additional state licenses (assistance and costs covered)
- Licensed in at least five states and/or preferably CA, FL, NC, PA, TX
- Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings
- Ability to schedule at least 15 core hours weekly (8AM-6PM local time) over four days
- Strong communication and medical-excellence commitment
- Comfort using telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided)
- DEA certification and applicable CSL (if required)
- No explicit administrative burdens in traditional practice
- Must be licensed physicians able to practice telemedicine across states
- In-person hybrid opportunities may be available
