Job Summary
Telemedicine Physician at QuickMD with flexible, 100% virtual care options and optional in-person hybrid opportunities. Provide high-quality virtual care across telehealth platforms, perform patient assessments, prescribe medications appropriate for addiction treatment (buprenorphine exceptions noted), and collaborate with a support team. Requires active medical license across multiple states (3-5+), willingness to obtain additional licenses, DEA certification, and experience in telehealth or high-volume settings. Schedule at least 15 core hours per week over four days, with local 8AM-6PM availability. Compensation includes per-consult pay ($35) with potential annual earnings well over six figures for top physicians; malpractice insurance and onboarding support provided; 1099 contractor arrangement. Locations hint: Lake Clarke Shores, FL, US. In-person hybrid opportunities may be available; most services are fully virtual. Open to physicians licensed in multiple states and able to work from anywhere with limited administrative burdens.
Required Qualifications
- Active medical license in at least three U.S. states (preferably five)
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses (assistance provided and costs covered)
- Experience treating patients in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings
- Ability to schedule and work at least 15 core hours weekly (8AM-6PM locally)
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to medical excellence
- Comfort using telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided)
- At least one DEA certification and applicable CSL (if required)
- License in five states and/or three or more of: CA, FL, NC, PA, TX
- No administrative burdens in practice
- Malpractice insurance coverage included
- 1099 contractor arrangement
