Job Summary

Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate medical treatment. Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while ordering and interpreting lab tests to inform high-quality treatment decisions. Prescribe medications and provide expert guidance on their proper usage, with specific protocols for buprenorphine for opioid addiction treatment. Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and a dedicated support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care, while maintaining appropriate medical documentation for continuity. Stay current with medical advancements, telehealth innovation, and best practices. Physicians must hold an active medical license in at least three U.S. states (preferably five) and complete applicable DEA and CSL certifications. The role requires scheduling and working at least 15 core hours weekly (8AM-6PM locally) over four days, with scheduling at least one week in advance. Compensation includes industry-leading rates, with many providers earning over $400K annually. QuickMD offers full schedule flexibility, allowing physicians to work from anywhere without administrative burdens, supported by seamless telemedicine technology and a streamlined EMR.

Required Qualifications

  • Active medical license in at least three U.S. states
  • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses
  • Critical to be licensed in at least five states
  • Licensed in CA, FL, NC, PA, or TX
  • Experience treating patients in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings
  • Ability to schedule and work at least 15 core hours weekly
  • Work 8AM-6PM locally
  • Work over four days each week
  • Schedule at least one week in advance
  • Strong communication skills
  • Commitment to medical excellence
  • Comfort using telemedicine platforms
  • Comfort using EMRs
  • At least one DEA certification
  • Applicable CSL (if required)
