Job Summary
Telemedicine Physician position with QuickMD offering flexible, largely virtual practice across multiple states. Responsibilities include providing exceptional virtual care, patient assessments, interpreting labs, prescribing medications (buprenorphine allowed for opioid addiction) and guiding care, collaborating with nurses and support staff, maintaining medical documentation, staying current with telehealth best practices, and meeting a minimum 15 weekly core hours (8AM-6PM local) over four days with advance scheduling. Requires active multi-state medical license (3–5+ states, preference for five) and DEA certification; compensation includes per-consult and potential annual earnings exceeding $400K for top performers; in-person hybrid opportunities may be available; 1099 arrangement with malpractice insurance provided. Required Qualifications
- Active medical license in at least three U.S. states, preferably five
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses (assistance provided and costs covered)
- Experience treating patients in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings
- Ability to schedule and work at least 15 core hours weekly (8AM-6PM locally), over four days each week, scheduling at least one week in advance
- At least one DEA certification and applicable CSL (if required)
- Strong communication skills and commitment to medical excellence
- Comfort using telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided)
