Job Summary
Telemedicine Physician providing virtual care with flexible scheduling; licensed in multiple U.S. states, with DEA certification and CSL as applicable. Responsibilities include patient assessments, reviews of medical history, prescribing non-controlled medications except buprenorphine for addiction treatment, interpreting labs, documenting medical records, collaborating with a care team, staying current with telehealth practices, and maintaining high-quality care. Most services are fully virtual, with potential in-person hybrid opportunities. Requires at least 15 core hours per week (8AM-6PM local) across four days, and active multi-state licensing (preferably five). Compensation features per-consult pay with potential annual earnings, malpractice insurance coverage, and onboarding training, including buprenorphine training if applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Active medical license in at least three U.S. states (preferably five)
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses (assistance provided)
- DEA certification and applicable CSL (if required)
- Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person care
- Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to medical excellence
- Ability to schedule at least 15 core hours weekly
- Malpractice insurance coverage
- Training for buprenorphine may be required during onboarding
Desired Qualifications
