Job Summary
Telemedicine Physician role providing virtual care across 44 states with flexible scheduling; set your own hours; multi-state licensing required; opportunity for in-person hybrid work; compensation includes $35 per consult and potential to exceed $400K annually; 1099 contractor; remote work available with EMR support; duties include patient assessments, medical history reviews, prescribing (buprenorphine for opioid treatment allowed; no other C-NS substances), documentation, coordination with support staff; must maintain licensure across multiple states and stay current with telehealth practices.
Required Qualifications
- Active medical license in at least three U.S. states (preferably five), plus willingness to obtain additional state licenses (assistance provided and costs covered)
- Critical to be licensed in at least five states and/or three or more of the following states: CA, FL, NC, PA, TX
- Experience treating patients in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings
- Ability to schedule and work at least 15 core hours weekly (8AM-6PM locally), over four days each week
- DEA certification and applicable CSL (if required)
- Malpractice insurance fully covered
- Comfort using telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided)
- Passion for expanding access to care and making a meaningful impact
