Job Summary
Telemedicine Physician role with QuickMD: provide virtual patient care across multiple states, with optional in-person hybrid opportunities. Work from anywhere with flexible scheduling, focusing on addiction treatment, weight management, and general telehealth services. Key duties include virtual patient assessments, medical history reviews, prescribing medications (buprenorphine for opioid treatment allowed; no controlled substances otherwise), ordering labs, documenting care, and collaborating with a support staff. Requires multi-state medical licensure (3–5+ states), 15 core hours per week, HIPAA-compliant telemedicine proficiency, and malpractice insurance coverage. Required Qualifications
- Active medical license in at least three U.S. states with willingness to obtain additional licenses (assistance provided and costs covered).
- Licensure in at least five states and/or in at least CA, FL, NC, PA, TX.
- Experience treating patients via telehealth or high-volume in-person settings.
- Ability to schedule at least 15 core hours weekly (8AM-6PM local time) over four days with at least one week advance planning.
- Strong communication skills and commitment to medical excellence.
- Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided).
- At least one DEA certification and applicable CSL (if required).
