Job Summary
Provide exceptional virtual care to patients via telemedicine across multiple states with a focus on addiction treatment and general telehealth services. The role supports flexible scheduling, allowing work from anywhere with no administrative burdens, and may offer in-person hybrid opportunities. Key duties include patient assessments, medical history reviews, prescribing guidance (buprenorphine for opioid treatment allowed, but no other controlled substances), interpretation of labs, documentation, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Requires active medical license in multiple states, DEA certification, CSL if required, and the ability to maintain a minimum of 15 core hours per week (8AM-6PM local time). Compensation includes per-consult pay ($35) and potential earnings well over $400K annually, with a track record of high earnings in high-demand states; malpractice insurance is fully covered, and onboarding includes concierge support and training for telemedicine/EMR usage.
Required Qualifications
- Active medical license in at least three U.S. states (preferably five) with willingness to obtain additional state licenses (assistance provided and costs covered)
- Licensed in at least five states and/or three or more of CA, FL, NC, PA, TX
- Experience treating patients via telehealth or high-volume in-person settings
- Ability to schedule and work at least 15 core hours weekly (8AM-6PM local time), over four days per week, scheduling at least one week in advance
- Strong communication skills and commitment to medical excellence
- Comfort using telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided)
- At least one DEA certification and applicable CSL (if required)
