Job Summary
Telematics Installer responsible for installing and repairing telematics systems and devices on vehicles and construction equipment, including basic to complex wiring, CAN-network integration, ignition-system work, and testing. Travel to client sites and EquipmentShare yards within the region; operate testing equipment; work Monday–Friday with potential on-call and overtime; requires mechanical aptitude, proficiency with iPhone/mobile tech, own tools, and the ability to lift and maneuver in confined spaces. Training provided for telematics, with safety-sensitive requirements and background checks.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Trade School Certificate preferred)
- Experience in a related field e.g., electrician, HVAC tech, car audio installer, etc
- Must be open to traveling within a 250 mile radius of our local branch for up to a week at a time
- Must be able to drive, maneuver in tight spaces, bend, squat, walk long distances and lift more than 25 lb
- Telematics Installers may be required to be clean shaven in order to enter worksites for EquipmentShare customers who have this requirement

- Employment contingent on passing a background check; some roles require drug test
