Job Summary
Pitch loan products and build relationships with SME clients in the finance sector using Mandarin and English. Analyze financial statements to assess creditworthiness, negotiate terms, and close deals while managing leads in CRM software. Handle rejection in a target-driven environment by delivering tailored financial solutions and maintaining strong client relationships. Work remotely Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. with a basic salary of RM 3,500–RM 3,800 plus commission. Training is provided to support your growth in this sales role.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree: Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- 2-3 years of telemarketing or sales experience, preferably in financial services or loan products
- Experience in banking, financial services, or a similar sector
- Knowledge of the challenges and needs specific to SMEs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English & Mandarin
- Strong ability to negotiate terms, persuade clients and close deals
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Capability to analyze financial statements and assess creditworthiness
- Proficiency in using various sales techniques and methodologies
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a high-paced, target-driven environment
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage leads and customer data
