Job Summary
Telemarketing Agent - Mobile role at Millicom (Tigo) in Guatemala. Responsible for generating sales via telephone of cable, digital TV, internet, phone services, and upgrade offerings to assigned prospects; manage sales follow-up, maintain client records, obtain information on potential customers, update contacts, and meet sales targets for each product. Requires strong results orientation, negotiation, influence, persuasive selling, fluency in Spanish, customer focus, and ability to work under pressure. Schedule Monday to Friday and half-day Saturday; attractive commission package; reports to Telemarketing Team Leader - B2C.
