Job Summary
Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospects, qualifying leads by gathering necessary information and setting qualified quote appointments for producers. Log every call and prospect in the CRM while hitting daily activity targets and following State Farm compliance standards on every interaction. Follow up relentlessly on marketing, campaign, and referral leads. Learn our products, scripts, and sales processes through training and development. Work in-office in Las Vegas, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. This role serves as a launchpad toward a full producer position with uncapped commissions, where we pay for your licensing.
Required Qualifications
- Self-motivated and coachable — you keep dialing and you take feedback.
- Thick-skinned — you handle rejection all day and pick the phone back up.
- Competitive, with a clear, confident phone voice and professional manner.
- Organized enough to track and follow up on a full list of prospects.
- Reliable and punctual — you show up and put in the reps every day.
- Ambition to get licensed and move into a producer role — no experience necessary.
- Focused on hitting targets and driving our agency's growth.
