Telemarketer - State Farm Agent Team Member

The Telemarketer will conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce insurance products and services, engage prospects to assess needs, schedule appointments for further discussions, and maintain accurate records in the database. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and in a team, and basic computer proficiency. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Compensation includes a flat rate for hours worked plus incentives for generated leads.
