Job Summary
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce insurance products and services. Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to assess their needs and schedule appointments for the sales team. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and update client information in the database while collaborating to achieve weekly and monthly goals. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, typically 20-25 hours per week in the afternoon, with an opportunity for advancement and performance-based bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills
- Familiarity with CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Part-time, 20-25 hours per week
- Afternoons are ideal, tentatively 1:30-5:30pm M-F
