Telemarketer Position

Make outbound calls to prospects provided by the employer to set quality appointments and initiate conversations promoting services. Demonstrate product knowledge by communicating benefits and value, while learning scripted presentations to ensure consistent messaging and adherence to marketing strategies. Handle objections by addressing concerns and maintaining a positive dialogue, then accurately record and update all prospect and customer information in the CRM system to rack leads and facilitate future efforts. Meet or exceed performance metrics and sales targets while completing customer surveys to gather additional data. Maintain organized records of contacts, including those who do not wish to be contacted again, and ensure all activities align with established marketing strategies.
