Job Summary
Conduct active on-site customer consultation in selected Telekom areas, selling fiber products, contracts, mobile, internet, and TV services. Manage contract and complaint processing while implementing regional sales actions and marketing measures. Maintain a 20% shop and 80% mobile schedule with a Class B driver's license. Earn a fixed monthly salary of 3,100€ plus performance bonuses up to 4,500€ under a collective agreement with a 38-hour work week. Includes vehicle and phone provision.
Required Qualifications
- Erfahrung im Außendienst, Direktvertrieb, Verkauf oder Door-to-Door-Vertrieb (D2D)
- Führerschein Klasse B
- Reisebereitschaft im regionalen Vertriebsgebiet (20% im Shop, 80% Mobil)
- Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau
- Führungszeugnis
