Job Summary
Conduct active in-person customer consultations within selected Telekom areas, selling fiber products, contracts, mobile, internet, and TV services. Manage contract and complaint handling to close deals while implementing regional sales actions and marketing initiatives. Requires B-class driver's license (company vehicle provided), 80% mobile/20% shop split, and C1 German proficiency. Fixed monthly salary of 3,100€ plus up to 4,500€ in bonuses, with a 38-hour week. Includes service car, phone, and sales training programs.
Required Qualifications
- Erfahrung im Außendienst, Direktvertrieb, Verkauf oder Door-to-Door-Vertrieb (D2D)
- Führerschein Klasse B
- Reisebereitschaft im regionalen Vertriebsgebiet (20% im Shop, 80% Mobil)
- Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau
- Führungszeugnis
