Conduct active in-person customer consultations in selected telecommunications areas, selling fiber products, mobile, internet, and TV contracts. Manage contract and complaint processing while implementing regional sales actions and marketing initiatives. Requires Class B driver's license, C1 German proficiency, and a criminal record certificate. Schedule involves 20% shop presence and 80% mobile work within the regional territory. Fixed monthly salary of 3,100€ plus performance bonuses up to 4,500€, with company-provided vehicle and phone.
Required Qualifications
- Erfahrung im Außendienst, Direktvertrieb, Verkauf oder Door-to-Door-Vertrieb (D2D)
- Führerschein Klasse B
- Reisebereitschaft im regionalen Vertriebsgebiet (20% im Shop, 80% Mobil)
- Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau
