Job Summary
Therapist 2 – Virtual delivers all direct social services to patients and families in a fully remote setting across multiple operating states. Responsibilities include providing cognitive behavioral therapies, crisis intervention, case management, and therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, families, and significant others; coordinating with care teams and referring providers; developing and updating treatment goals and care plans; maintaining thorough documentation; ensuring patient safety and compliance with policies; and participating in interdisciplinary team activities. The role requires Master’s-level education, full licensure in the state of WA (or equivalent), and relevant clinical experience in health care and psychiatric settings. The position emphasizes telehealth delivery, adherence to program descriptions and safety protocols, and collaboration across departments to support patient care. Pay transparency indicates a compensation range of $33.65 to $53.00 per hour, with annualization applied for budgeting purposes.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Full, independent licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent in state practicing
- Be licensed in the state of WA
- Two (2) years’ experience in health care and at least two (2) years in a psychiatric setting
- Must obtain substance disorder license-in-training license in state practicing within 6 months of employment if working in a co-occurring program (i.e. MHAR)
- Be responsible for all educational requirements and related obligations pertaining to the license of the program/unit license regulatory requirements governing the program(s)
- Be knowledgeable in therapeutic intervention and techniques for all age groups, as well as the dynamics of human growth and behavior
