Job Summary
Independent contractor Telehealth Therapist role offering full clinical autonomy and a flexible schedule. Provide high-quality teletherapy to individuals and/or couples/groups via a secure HIPAA-compliant platform, including initial assessments and collaborative treatment planning. Maintain timely clinical documentation (SOAP notes, treatment plans) in an EHR, and manage your own calendar and client volume. Must hold an unrestricted clinical license (LMFT/LCSW/LPC/etc.) and have experience with evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR). Remote position requires a private, confidential space and reliable internet; no dress-code requirements and no administrative micromanagement. The role emphasizes clinical independence, responsibility for caseload, and the ability to work from home with flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- Valid, unrestricted clinical license to practice independently (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPC, PsyD, PhD)
- Experience utilizing evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, etc.)
- Tech literacy with EHR systems and video conferencing tools
- Private, quiet space to conduct confidential video sessions
- Self-directed with ability to manage own caseload independently
