Telehealth Therapist- Hope Spring

Job Summary
Conduct individual, group, marital, and family counseling for behavioral health clients via telehealth, delivering trauma-informed care aligned with dual recovery philosophy. Perform diagnostic intake assessments to verify medical necessity and develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices. Provide crisis services during regular daytime operations while maintaining system quality and documentation standards per accrediting agency guidelines. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across the Psychiatric Practices and other program components. Requires Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Professional Counseling with one year of behavioral health experience. Reports to the Assistant Director of Adult Psychiatric Practices.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Professional Counseling
- TB test upon hire
- Normal range of hearing
- Manual dexterity sufficient to operate keyboard, telephone, photocopier, calculator, and other office equipment
- Ability to remain calm during stressful events
- Ability to occasionally work irregular hours
- Ability to work with exasperated individuals
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year experience providing behavioral health services
- Training in trauma-informed care
- Familiarity with electronic medical records
- Experience providing evidence-based services across a range of virtual audio/visual electronic medical records systems
