Job Summary
Provide evidence-based, measurement-informed care via telehealth from a private, secure environment, completing treatment plans every 90 days and submitting clinical documentation for payment. Deliver services to clients of all ages while working independently with full administrative support for referrals, scheduling, credentialing, and billing. Offer at least 20 available sessions weekly at $75 per clinical hour, with flexible remote availability within eligible U.S. states. Licensed Oregon clinicians with a Master's degree and three years of behavioral health experience are required.
Required Qualifications
- Master's in social work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy or other qualified degree
- License in Oregon: LPC, LCSW, LMFT
- Providing at least 3 years of behavioral health using evidence-based practices to clients of all ages
- Expertise in working with any age group, from children to adults
- Ability to provide telehealth services
- Successful background check
- Reside in a U.S. state eligible for contracting; currently unable to contract with clinicians residing in CA, NY, MA, NJ or DE
- Offer at least 20 available sessions per week
