Job Summary
Coordinate telehealth operations by monitoring services, managing vendor support tickets, and facilitating meetings for digital care initiatives. Serve as a liaison between clinical, operational, and technical partners to document outcomes and resolve issues while supporting Go Lives and service launches. Conduct call monitoring for digital care services, maintain Microsoft Teams channels, and participate in an on-call rotation to ensure continuity. This role requires a hybrid schedule with one day onsite per week and supports emerging technologies including agentic AI and asynchronous care.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 0+ years of experience in a related job discipline
- This position follows a hybrid work arrangement, requiring a minimum of one day per week onsite
Desired Qualifications
- Experience coordinating projects, meetings, or operational initiatives in a collaborative team environment
- Familiarity with vendor management and working within ticketing or service management systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Forms
- Experience creating or maintaining documentation, knowledge articles, or standard operating procedures
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong customer service skills with experience supporting clinical, operational, or technical stakeholders
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to coordinate activities and resolve issues
- Knowledge of healthcare operations or clinical workflows
