Telehealth Psychiatrist - MO - F/T

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments to diagnose mental health disorders in an acute care setting and prescribe psychotropic medications while monitoring treatment plan effectiveness. Create individualized treatment plans integrating medication management, psychotherapy, and other interventions, while maintaining up-to-date medical records and ensuring compliance with facility policies and state regulations. Provide immediate psychiatric care in crisis situations, such as suicide attempts or acute episodes, and collaborate closely with psychologists, social workers, and nurses to deliver coordinated care. Maintain patient confidentiality, audit files for documentation accuracy, and participate in chart audits, peer reviews, and provider management meetings. Work within a 12-hour shift schedule (7am-7pm) for telehealth services in Missouri.
