Job Summary
Telehealth Psychiatrist needed as an Independent Contractor offering remote clinical care with flexible schedule and full administrative support. Responsibilities include performing comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, developing evidence-based treatment plans, managing medications, monitoring patient progress, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The role provides autonomy over patient volume and setting, plus billing, credentialing, and marketing support. Compensation is delivery-based per completed appointment with CPT-code structure, including full compensation for last-minute cancellations or no-shows, and a 1099 contract arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate degree (MD or DO)
- Current, valid, and unrestricted state medical license
- Board Eligibility or Certification in Psychiatry
- Exceptional communication skills and a deep commitment to patient-centered care
