Telehealth Psychiatric Physician Assistant - Eating Disorders (EST - Remote)

Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and ongoing medication management for children and adults with eating disorders and co-occurring conditions in a 100% virtual telehealth setting. Evaluate eating disorder-related medical risks, including how behaviors affect psychiatric symptoms and safety, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of therapists, dietitians, and mentors. Implement treatment plans and utilize between-session messaging through the EMR to support patients and communicate with the care team. Engage in treatment meetings, supervision, and departmental learning opportunities. Work full-time Monday through Friday between 8 am and 8 pm in the patient's timezone, with the ability to work evenings and attend mandatory meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certification as a Psychiatric Physician Assistant
- Maintain an active license to practice in the state(s) that their patients reside and/or be willing to become licensed in other states
- Comfort and experience treating patients with eating disorders, emotion dysregulation, suicidal ideation, substance use, trauma, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, and attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder
- Ability to commit to working until 6 pm two evenings per week
- Ability to attend mandatory meetings (i.e Group Supervision, Treatment Huddles, Labs/All Hands, Individual Supervision, etc.)
- Easter Time Zone Working Hours
