Telehealth Physician

Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate medical treatment. Order and interpret lab tests to inform treatment decisions, prescribe medications (excluding controlled substances except buprenorphine), and maintain comprehensive medical documentation. Collaborate with nurse practitioners and support staff to ensure continuity of care while staying current on telehealth innovations. Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build therapeutic relationships across addiction, weight management, and general telehealth services. Schedule at least 15 core hours weekly (8AM-6PM locally) over four days, with onboarding including mandatory training on buprenorphine and telemedicine platforms. Active medical licenses in three U.S. states (preferably five, including CA, FL, NC, PA, TX) and DEA certification required.
