Job Summary
Provide exceptional virtual care through patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate treatment. Order and interpret lab tests to inform high-quality decisions, while prescribing medications and guiding proper usage. Collaborate with nurse practitioners and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient outcomes. Maintain rigorous medical documentation and stay current with telehealth innovations and best practices. Work at least 15 core hours weekly (8AM-6PM) across four days, scheduling one week in advance. Complete required training, including buprenorphine certification, and obtain licenses in at least three U.S. states, preferably five. Join a network expanding access to addiction treatment and underserved communities with industry-leading compensation and full schedule flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- Active medical license in at least three U.S. states, but preferably five, plus willingness to obtain additional state licenses (assistance provided and costs covered)
- Critical to be licensed in at least five states and/or three or more of the following states: CA, FL, NC, PA, TX
- Experience treating patients in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings
- Ability to schedule and work at least 15 core hours weekly (8AM-6PM locally), over four days each week, scheduling at least one week in advance
- At least one DEA certification and applicable CSL (if required)
- Passion for expanding access to care and making a meaningful impact

- Active medical license in at least five U.S. states
