Telehealth Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Telehealth Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant needed for an integrative medicine practice. Role begins part-time with potential to grow into full-time. Conduct telehealth visits (new patient evaluations and follow-ups), diagnose and manage patients using integrative/functional medicine approaches, initiate and manage hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for men and women, interpret lab results (hormones, metabolic markers, thyroid, etc.), develop personalized treatment plans (lifestyle/nutrition, supplements, targeted therapies, medications when appropriate), manage weight loss protocols (GLP-1s, metabolic optimization), provide ongoing patient education and support, collaborate with clinic team on complex cases, and maintain accurate EMR documentation. Ideal candidate is a licensed NP or PA with interest in HRT and functional medicine, strong clinical reasoning and patient-centered communication, and ability to build rapport with patients virtually. Preferred experience includes hormone therapy, functional/integrative medicine, GLP-1 weight loss management, advanced lab interpretation, and telehealth. Schedule is part-time to start with pathway to full-time; compensation is based on experience (hourly or per-visit structure).
