Telehealth Nurse Practitioner

Conduct telehealth assessments, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, order and interpret basic diagnostics, and document care using EHR systems. Deliver high-quality virtual primary and urgent care to patients across rural communities in the southeastern U.S. while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team focused on compassion and patient-centered care.
