Telehealth Nurse Practitioner

Conduct telehealth assessments, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, and order/interpret basic diagnostics for patients in rural southeastern U.S. communities. Document care using EHR systems while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
