Telehealth Nurse Practitioner

Conduct telehealth assessments, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, and order and interpret basic diagnostics for patients across rural communities in the southeastern U.S. Document care using EHR systems and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a culture focused on compassion, innovation, and patient-centered care.
