Telehealth Nurse Practitioner

Conduct telehealth assessments, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, order and interpret basic diagnostics, and document care using EHR systems. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a culture focused on compassion, innovation, and patient-centered care. Deliver high-quality virtual primary and urgent care to patients across rural communities in the southeastern U.S.
