Telehealth Nurse Practitioner

Conduct telehealth assessments, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, order and interpret basic diagnostics, and document care using EHR systems. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver virtual primary and urgent care to patients across rural communities in the southeastern U.S. This role supports Fast Pace Health's mission to provide high-quality virtual care in underserved areas while fostering a culture of compassion and innovation.
