Job Summary
Telehealth Nurse Practitioner provides remote, part-time virtual care from anywhere in the United States. Responsibility includes delivering remote care using digital health technologies, interacting with client staff for proper care handoffs, and documenting visits in EMR. Scope spans multiple specialties (cardiology, medication management, pulmonology, diabetes) with wellness visits and timely diagnosis/treatment. Responsibilities also include remote employee health evaluations. Qualifications require licensure in OH, IN, MD, VA, WV, PA (DEA in OH eventually), excellent communication, and strong technology aptitude; 3+ years of experience; preferred telehealth experience and background in primary care/internal medicine, ED/Urgent Care, SNF.
Required Qualifications
- Nurse Practitioner licensure in OH, IN, MD, VA, WV, and PA (DEA in OH eventually)
- 3+ years of experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Good technology aptitude
- Telehealth experience (preferred)
- Licensure in multiple states (OH, IN, MD, PA, VA, WV) or a combination of these
