Job Summary
Provide telehealth nursing services to diverse populations within the health system, primarily via nurse telephone triage and call-center-style interactions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess patients, promote positive clinical outcomes, and advocate for patients and families. Requires RN licensure, BCLS, and ability to navigate multiple systems; evenings with every-other-weekend and holiday rotation; on-site orientation with potential to transition from remote to a designated work site. Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills are essential, as is experience in telephone triage and telehealth nursing; and the role may operate remotely with in-person requirements as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing for Registered Nurses
- Current RN license in applicable state
- BCLS certification (or CPR demonstration where medically contraindicated)
- Valid driver's license
- Minimum three years of varied clinical experience preferred (telephone nurse triage, ambulatory settings, and inpatient medical-surgical units)
