Responsibilities include conducting assessments, providing evidence-based counseling, creating treatment plans, and coordinating care with psychiatrists and other providers. The role operates in a remote-first environment and emphasizes expanding access to mental healthcare at scale while offering flexibility, cross-functional collaboration, and streamlined documentation and insurance-centered care.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or equivalent license/credential in the state of Virginia
- Master's degree in Counseling or a closely related field
- Eligibility to practice telehealth counseling and provide psychotherapy
- Ability to deliver evidence-based psychotherapy via telehealth
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and coordination of care skills
