Telehealth Mental Health Counselors deliver high-quality, telehealth-based psychotherapy as part of Rula Health's Healthcare & Medical Services team. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, providing evidence-based counseling, creating treatment plans, and coordinating care with psychiatrists and other providers. Works in a remote-first culture with emphasis on expanding access to mental healthcare at scale, flexibility, cross-functional collaboration, and streamlined documentation and insurance-covered, patient-centered care.
