Required Qualifications
- Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or equivalent state license
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Clinical experience in psychotherapy and mental health care
- Telehealth experience preferred
- Ability to develop treatment plans and conduct assessments
- Coordination of care with psychiatrists and other providers
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities
- Strong documentation and insurance billing compliance
